Art on Conflict - Soldiers of Oxfordshire Museum and Artists in Woodstock Exhibition

The Artists in Woodstock are collaborating with the Soldiers of Oxfordshire Museum (SOFO) and holding a month long exhibition - ‘art on conflict’. It opens on Saturday 19th October and runs until the 24th November.

The artists have been working hard over the past few months putting together pieces on the theme of conflict and there will be painting, photography and 3 dimensional work displayed. I have submitted a mixed media installation which includes ceramics, natural and waste materials. It is titled “Battle Lines Redrawn” and all will be revealed on social media in the days leading up to the exhibition. From the initial images of work that I’ve seen, this will be an excellent art exhibition as well as being emotive and thought-provoking.
