Handmade Pottery Shipping + Returns
Shipping - I aim to ship any items in stock within 3 working days of receipt of payment. If there are any issues I will get in touch with you as soon as possible to discuss.
Choose the shipping that you prefer when you check out and this will be the shipping used. I currently only ship within the UK , however I’m happy to look at the costs of shipping worldwide and will discuss this with you, please drop me a line if this is something you’d like me to look in to.
Any items not in stock, custom or personalised orders, may take up to 4 weeks to process and ship. Please get in touch for any requirements as it may be possible to reduce this significantly depending on what is currently in the process of being made.
Returns - if you are unhappy with your purchase, for whatever reason, then I will accept returns within 14 days of delivery. The items must be returned within 14 days of telling me that you are returning the goods. A full refund will be given, minus shipping, unless you’d like to exchange the item. The cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the purchaser and should the item be damaged on return due to poor packaging then the refund will not be processed.;
Collections - collections can be arranged by appointment only. Please tick that box on check-out and you won’t be charged shipping rates. Please get in touch (email, phone or messenger via facebook page) to arrange a mutually convenient time.
Exchanges - I’m happy to exchange items (exceptions listed below) for another item of the same value or issue credit. All additional shipping costs are to be borne by the purchaser.
All return shipping costs are to be covered by you. If the item breaks during the return due to insufficient packing then the refund or exchange will not be processed and costs will be covered by yourself. No refund will be given.

Breakages - in the unlikely event that your item arrives broken please contact me as soon as possible with evidence of the breakages and photographs of the packaging and item(s). A full refund or credit note will be given.
Refunds will only be given after the item(s) has returned back safely. No refunds will be given if no request has been received within 14 days of receipt of the item(s).
